Pupils from schools across the country – including St Luke’s – entered a writing competition run by PurpleMash, inspired by the book ‘Striker Boy’. We were proud to learn that Rayna in Year 6 won the competition! She received various prizes including a football shirt with her name on it and a donation for the school to pay towards books for our library. This achievement and passion for writing is an inspiration for us all!

I really enjoyed reading about the writing competition! It’s amazing how creative ideas can connect people. I’ve been exploring digital growth lately, and tools like cheap tiktok automation have helped me save time while sharing my work online. It’s inspiring to see how creativity and technology go hand in hand.
Such an inspiring initiative! It’s great to see young writers being celebrated — opportunities like this can really spark a lifelong passion. With platforms like Kindle Direct Publishing UK now available, it’s exciting to think how far these students could take their creativity. Well done to all involved, especially Rayna!
It's a great way to enhance your creativity, as I also used to participate in competitions when I was young. Ithelped me a lot, as I am now the best Wikipedia writer at Wikipediapagecreations.com, and writing Wiki articles is known as the hardest thing to write, as there are some boundaries we have to keep in mind while writing.
What a great way to encourage creativity and confidence in young writers! Competitions like this really help students build skills that matter in the real world. As someone who's seen how important clear writing is, even in job hunting, I’ve found CV writing services to be a big help when it's time to step into the professional world. Great initiative by the school
As a professional Wikipedia writer, I really enjoy writing competitions. It’s great to see St. Luke’s encouraging young people to express themselves through writing. I’m looking forward to seeing all the creative entries. Good luck to everyone taking part!
